La Rosa Lofts
Property Branding

Originally built as the La Rosa Pasta factory, 475 Kent Avenue is an 11-story cast-concrete “daylight factory” from the early 20th century, located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. In the late 1990s, it became a hub for New York’s creative class, an eclectic mix of photographers, musicians, actors, and authors drawn to its industrial charm and light-filled interiors. Our property branding honored this rich cultural legacy by reintroducing the La Rosa Lofts as a modern residential destination that preserves the spirit of one of Brooklyn’s most storied artist enclaves.
